It is important to me to clean my work area as I go. It completely helps me keep my sanity. Cleaning as I go obviously provides a clean and organized workspace but it also keep my supply of tools readily available and helps to keep my on track of my ingredients.
I also clean my work station after every project so that each project has a new and fresh start.
